Performed Lennox condensing gas furnace inspection/maintenance. Customer takes care of the air filter replacement and the humidifier service. System works properly at this time.
Upon arrival, customer was experiencing a water leak on the new mini split we installed. I found that a pump was never installed. I installed a pump cycled system back on. No leaks at this time
Rewired system to allow the system to communicate properly. Fired off cooling. All OK
Performed central air conditioning inspection/maintenance. System works properly at this time.
Performed Mitsubishi mini split inspection/maintenance. Washed the air filters and the condenser coil. Tested the system on heat and cool. System works properly at this time.
I was greeted by Jason on arrival. I completed the generator maintenance. I replaced the oil, oil filter, spark plugs, and air filter. I inspected the battery and verified the oil level. All is normal at this time.
I was greeted by Tom on arrival. The unit was shut off when I arrived. I replaced the A2L sensor and turned the power on. I then ran it in charge verification mode to verify the refrigerant charge. The charge is normal. Manufacturer calls for 8* and it’s running at 7*. RA-74 SA-55.
I was greeted by Steve on arrival. He stated after the last tech left it felt good in the house for awhile and then started getting hot again. The stat was calling for cooling. I checked the blower and filter. I then went outside and the outdoor coil had a layer of debris on it. I rinsed off the outdoor coil and put my gauges on. After the coil dried the subcooling was reading 7.4* and the manufacturer calls for 8*. The RA-78 SA-60. Unit is cooling at this time.

It's hard to find companies that still pay attention to customer service, I believe Control Tech is one of the few. Also I can't give 5 star only because nobody is perfect and there should always be room for improvement. Otherwise I would have, I worked for one of the best customer service companies when I was younger, nobody got 5 stars for an internal performance review.
