Performed Lennox condensing gas furnace inspection/maintenance. Customer takes care of the air filter replacement and the humidifier service. System works properly at this time.
Installed back plate on Daikin thermostat. Cycled system back on.
Upon arrival, customer was experiencing a water leak on the new mini split we installed. I found that a pump was never installed. I installed a pump cycled system back on. No leaks at this time
Heating Inspection and Maintenance Upon arrival, Jeff showed me the thermostat and furnace locations. The dirty air filter was clean. The condensate drain, igniter, burners, flame sensor, heat exchanger, inducer, combustion chamber, blower wheel, and electrical components were inspected and serviced as needed. Modulated gas furnace. The pressure was not tested due to tee connectors were not available. temperature rise was 41F. Combustion readings were within normal range. The system was tested and is operating normally with no further recommendations

Performed Trane condensing gas furnace inspection/maintenance. Cleaned flame sensor and burners. Removed and cleaned the condensate trap. Tested the unit at the 100% of capacity. Performed combustion analysis. Serviced the humidifier, replaced the water panel. System works properly at this time. Customer paid with check # 3998.

Gas pressure was1.7 and 3.5 in. w.c. For 1stage and 2nd respectively.and temperature rise was 49F. Combustion readings were within normal range. The system was tested and is operating normally with no further recommendations.

Lennox non condensing furnace tune-up. Customer will replace the air filter. The humidifier is not in use. Performed combustion analysis. System works properly at this time.
I was greeted by Charles on arrival. He showed me to the generator. I completed the maintenance on it. I replaced the air filter, spark plugs, air filter, oil, and oil filter. I verified the oil level. Ran the unit to verify operation. Battery is in good condition. All is normal at this time.

The condensate drain, igniter, burners, flame sensor, heat exchanger, inducer, combustion chamber, blower wheel, and electrical components were inspected and serviced as needed. Module Gas valve were not tested the delta due to no t connector and temperature rise were normal . Combustion readings were within normal range. The two system were tested and is operating normally with no further recommendations.

I found the fuse blow out on the air handler board. Tested the system for 20 minutes, all ok. I left the system running.
Installed new heat run off supply plenum on upstairs furnace to bathroom addition. Installed new bath vent for bathroom that was added.
Performed #2 Carrier gas furnace and #1 mini split inspection/maintenance. Replaced the main unit air filter, customer supplied. Serviced the humidifier, replaced the water panel. Systems work properly at this time.

Gas pressure was 3.5 in. w.c., and temperature rise was 30F. Combustion readings were within normal range. The system was tested and is operating normally with no further recommendations.
I was greeted by the homeowners on arrival. They stated when the unit runs there is water on the floor. I found the floor drain is backed up. I looked the at the floor drain. I was not able to clear the floor drain. I advised the customer to call zoom drains and tell them we referred them.
Performed Lennox gas furnace inspection/maintenance. Replaced the air filter. Customer takes care of the humidifier service. Quoted the igniter replacement. Customer declined. System works properly at this time.
Upon arrival, customer experiencing not being able to change the thermostat from heating to cooling. I did a full restart on the thermostat rebooted system working as it should.

Performed #2 Trane condensing gas furnace inspection/maintenance. Washed both EAC. Cleaned flame sensor, tested gas pressure, flushed the traps. Performed combustion analysis. Systems work properly at this time.
Needed adjustments to recent furnace installation
Performed dual fuel system, propane furnace and heat pump, inspection/maintenance. System works properly at this time.
Upon arrival, customer was experiencing no cooling. After looking into the system, I found that the common wire from the outdoor units have become disconnected. Reconnected common wire air conditioner kicked on. I adjusted the low temp limit on the zone board from 50 to 40 system is running great.
Upon arrival, customer was experiencing no heat. Looking further into the system I found that both gas valves were shut off to the unit. Turned on and went fired off the heat. All systems looked good. I also noticed that the humidifier drain was never finished. Corrected I’ll good at this time.
Upon arrival, customer was experiencing a loud whistle noise when the heat was running. I found a return grill that was making harmonic noises. Corrected. She also heard the noise and it was the lower ramping down and shutting off told her that was totally normal. Customer is all taken care of.
Performed # 2 Trane condensing gas furnace inspection/maintenance. Replaced the upstairs air filter, customer supplied. Replaced the humidifier water panel and tested the functionality. Quoted both UV light cells replacement. Systems work properly at this time.
Found an issue. Described it completely. Arranged to get replacement part to be installed before furnace will be needed. Grateful to have repair before winter sets in

Paolo is a very thorough technician and knows how to service my boiler and troubleshoot problems. He explains what he is doing as he goes along. Please be sure he is assigned to me for my next service call as he is one of the few people who know how to service this boiler.
Misunderstanding about some pricing but worked out satisfactorily. Joining maintenance program
John provided excellent service. He was very personable and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that I had to wait a week for service to repair my air conditioning. While the Control Tech website indicated emergency service is available, none was offered as an option. I share this as a detail to look into on the website to improve messaging.
Received great service from Paolo.He checked my air conditioning system and found no problem with it. He did keep checking to determine cause for increased humidity in house. He gave several suggestions and we will try them out.
This whole ordeal was totally off the wall amazing. From the lady who took the call to the awesome technician John Fountain. I had air within 1 hour or so. I know Alan would be thrilled with the people who work for him.

It's hard to find companies that still pay attention to customer service, I believe Control Tech is one of the few. Also I can't give 5 star only because nobody is perfect and there should always be room for improvement. Otherwise I would have, I worked for one of the best customer service companies when I was younger, nobody got 5 stars for an internal performance review.
