Your home’s plumbing and HVAC systems are essential to your comfort every day, so it’s natural to have questions about repairs, maintenance, and new equipment. We believe homeowners deserve clear, practical information that helps them make confident decisions without unnecessary pressure. Below are answers to several common questions we receive from homeowners in Noblesville.
Annual maintenance helps your heating and cooling equipment operate more efficiently while reducing unnecessary wear on important components. During a professional inspection, technicians clean, test, and adjust the system so it performs reliably throughout the heating and cooling seasons. Regular service also helps identify smaller issues before they become expensive repairs.
Yes. Every recommendation is based on the condition of your home’s systems, giving you solutions that fit your needs instead of a one-size-fits-all approach.
Yes. Some problems simply can’t wait until the next business day, especially when your furnace stops working in winter or a plumbing leak threatens your home. Our 24-hour emergency service helps restore safety and comfort while minimizing additional damage.
This condition, known as short cycling, is commonly caused by thermostat issues, airflow restrictions, dirty filters, or mechanical problems inside the system. Because several different issues create the same symptom, a professional inspection is the best way to determine the correct repair.
Inconsistent hot water, unusual noises, leaks, rust-colored water, or rising energy bills all suggest your water heater deserves professional attention. Identifying the problem early helps prevent larger issues while restoring dependable hot water throughout your home.
Ductless systems are an excellent solution for homes without existing ductwork, room additions, finished basements, garages, and spaces that need independent temperature control. They also provide efficient heating and cooling from a single system while allowing greater flexibility throughout the home.
The air inside your home contains dust, pollen, pet dander, humidity, and other airborne particles that circulate every day. Indoor air quality products help reduce contaminants, improve overall comfort, and create a healthier living environment for your family.
Multiple slow drains usually indicate a blockage deeper within the plumbing system rather than a clog in one fixture. Professional drain cleaning and camera inspections help locate the source of the problem so the proper solution can be recommended.
In many cases, replacing the thermostat is a smart investment because newer models provide more accurate temperature control and improved energy management. Smart thermostats also offer convenient scheduling features and remote access, making it easier to maintain consistent comfort throughout your home.

On arrival the unit was empty of all refrigerant. We removed the old condenser coil and installed a new warranty coil. Nitrogen tested at 200 psi, vacuumed down to 489 microns and performed decay test. Added the 5 lbs of factory charge. Started system up and added another 2 lbs to get the sub cooling to 8.8*. The manufacturer calls for 10* +-3. All is normal at this time.
Excellent
I was greeted by Mike on arrival. I completed the heating maintenance on both systems. I replaced the customer-provided filter on both systems, I replaced the customer-provided humidifier panel. I verified operation of the humidifier. I checked all temperatures and pressures on both systems. I flushed the drain on the main unit. Both systems are heating normal at this time.
I was greeted by Olivia on arrival. She stated the same unit that we have been out on multiple times wasn’t working. I put in a call for cooling and the outdoor unit wouldn’t come on. I added my gauges and found it completely empty of refrigerant. I added some nitrogen and found a line had rubbed through on the condenser coil. The unit is under part warranty. I sent a warranty estimate to John. The disconnect is out at this time. John was not on site. I discussed the findings with Olivia.
Set thermostat for lower level to run fan all the time. Installed remote mount for garage mini split
I was greeted by John on arrival. Upon investigation it was only 1 unit not working. Unit #2 is zoned and takes care of the front office and the Pre-K room. I found the filter was plugged. I replaced the customer provided filters. I checked the refrigerant pressures. All is normal at this time. John is wanting filter changes every 3 months through the year.
No cool: site has 2 Roof top AC units and 2 gas furnaces above the bathrooms. I was greeted by the manager and we went over the basic inspection. The roof top units were not accessible, there was a car parked in the location I would need to put a ladder. I inspected the indoor units and found the evap coil for the rear unit was frozen. The AC was shut off at the thermostat and fan was turned on to defrost the coil. We will have to come out at another time to record pressures and possibly clean both outdoor coils. Submitted info to office for review. 9-14-26: Returned to check the back unit above the men’s bathroom. I was greeted by Andrea. Checked the air filter. It was a little dirty so I replaced it. Checked the blower wheel. It has some minor dust buildup. I checked the blower motor capacitor and it was weak. Reading 11.5 mfd out of 15 mfd. I quoted on replacing it and she approved. I replaced the capacitor. I checked that the indoor coil had thawed out completely and that it was
Had new unit installed. Stopped working the next day. John found a short with the ac wire.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by Stan and Tara. They stated that the new system we installed yesterday for the main floor was not cooling. He showed me to the equipment. The thermostat was blank. I checked the furnace in the basement and found the low voltage fuse on the furnace circuit board was blown. I put in my resettable jumper to run some tests. I found the mitigation board would try to start the cooling but would reset itself. There is a short somewhere. I did some troubleshooting and found that the low voltage wiring that goes to the outdoor unit was running over the ductwork and got pinched in between the ductwork and a floor joist and was shorting out. I pulled the wire out and fixed it and then reran the wire with the refrigerant line set back down to the furnace and reconnected it. Replaced the blown 3 amp fuse. Rechecked operation. The outdoor unit is now coming on and the system is cooling again. Temperature drop across the indoor coil is at 18 degrees. Checked system ref
