From keeping your air conditioner ready for humid Indiana summers to making sure your plumbing works reliably every day, your home depends on several systems working together. Our technicians service a wide range of heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and plumbing equipment, allowing you to turn to one experienced team for many of your home comfort needs.
A reliable air conditioner makes a noticeable difference when summer temperatures climb. We repair cooling problems, replace aging equipment, and install new AC systems designed around your home’s comfort needs. Our technicians will evaluate your system and explain the options available before work begins.
When cold weather arrives, dependable heating becomes essential. Our technicians provide professional furnace repair for existing systems and install new equipment when replacement makes more sense. We’ll help you find a heating solution that delivers consistent warmth while supporting efficient operation.
Ductless systems offer flexible heating and cooling for spaces where traditional ductwork may not be practical. They can be a useful option for additions, finished garages, bonus rooms, and other areas requiring independent temperature control. Our team provides both installation and repair services.
A properly operating boiler can provide steady, comfortable heat throughout the colder months. Whether you’re experiencing performance problems or considering replacing an older boiler, our technicians can assess the equipment and recommend an appropriate solution.
Geothermal technology uses the relatively stable temperature below ground to support efficient home heating and cooling. Our technicians provide geothermal installation and repair services to help homeowners get reliable performance from these specialized systems.
Heat pumps provide heating and cooling through one versatile system. If your existing equipment isn’t keeping up, our heat pump repair services can help restore performance, while our team can also recommend a new system when replacement makes more sense.
Indiana winters can leave indoor air feeling uncomfortably dry. Whole home humidifiers add controlled moisture to the air moving through your HVAC system, helping create a more comfortable indoor environment.
Dust, allergens, odors, and other airborne particles can affect the way your home feels. Our indoor air quality services provide options for improving the air circulating throughout your living spaces.
Your thermostat plays an important role in how efficiently you manage indoor comfort. We install traditional programmable and smart thermostats that give homeowners greater control over heating and cooling.
Dust and debris can accumulate inside ductwork over time. Professional air duct cleaning removes buildup from the system and can help support cleaner airflow throughout your home.
Preventive maintenance gives technicians an opportunity to inspect, clean, and test important system components. Regular tune ups can help uncover developing problems, support dependable operation, and keep up with equipment and warranty requirements, regardless of when maintenance is completed during the season.
Too much indoor humidity can leave rooms feeling sticky and uncomfortable. A whole home dehumidifier helps manage excess moisture and maintain more balanced indoor conditions.
Gas line work requires careful attention to safety and proper installation. Our technicians provide gas line repairs and installations for household systems and appliances.
A dependable sump pump helps protect basements and lower areas from unwanted groundwater. We install sump pump systems designed to move water away from your home when it collects around the foundation.
Tankless systems heat water as you need it rather than continuously maintaining a storage tank. We install tankless water heaters sized to meet your household’s hot water demands.
Inconsistent temperatures, unusual noises, leaks, and insufficient hot water can all signal a water heater problem. Our water heater repair services address issues with conventional systems, and we can install a replacement when existing equipment reaches the end of its useful life.
Running toilets, stubborn clogs, leaks, and worn fixtures can quickly become frustrating. We repair common toilet problems and install replacement fixtures when an upgrade is needed.
A properly installed garbage disposal makes everyday kitchen cleanup easier. Whether you’re replacing a failed unit or adding a new disposal, we’ll make sure it is installed and connected correctly.
Dripping faucets and leaking sinks waste water and can make everyday tasks inconvenient. Our team repairs existing fixtures and installs new sinks and faucets for kitchens and bathrooms.
Damaged or deteriorating pipes can lead to leaks, reduced water pressure, and other plumbing concerns. We repair localized pipe damage and can recommend repiping when broader deterioration makes replacement the more practical option.
Recurring clogs and slow drains may indicate buildup or another problem deeper inside the plumbing system. Professional drain cleaning and camera inspections allow us to locate the cause and determine the appropriate solution.
Scheduled maintenance makes it easier to stay ahead of problems with your home’s major systems. Our maintenance plans provide routine professional attention along with valuable membership benefits.
Heating, cooling, and plumbing problems don’t always happen during convenient business hours. Our answering center is available 24/7 so homeowners can reach Control Tech when an urgent problem occurs.

Paolo did a great job. He was fast, efficient and courteous. He explained all the results with me thoroughly.
Upon arrival, I shut off the main a/c system. I recovered 7 pounds 10 ounces from the system. I removed some of the ductwork and the intake and exhaust on the furnace to access the indoor coil. I removed the old indoor coil and installed the new one. I reconnected the drain line and the ductwork and intake and exhaust. I pressurized the system to 200 psi and checked the fittings for leaks and that it held pressure for 15 minutes. Ok.I then performed a vacuum test and pulled the system below 500 microns and checked that it held vacuum for 15 minutes during the decay test. Ok. I recharged the system with 7 pounds of R410A. I started the system and checked operation and adjusted the refrigerant charge to achieve 5-6 degrees subcooling per manufacturer’s specifications. Unit is cooling normally at this time.
Trane non condensing gas furnace tune-up. Performed combustion analysis. Customer takes care of the air filter replacement. Tested the humidifier functionality, customer has just replaced the water panel. System works properly at this time.
Performed Lennox condensing gas furnace tune-up. The air filter is still good. Performed flue analysis. System works properly at this time.
Collin was extremely good at explaining things.
I educated customer how to operate the thermostat. System is cooling at this time.
I was greeted by Dan on arrival. I put the system in test mode and checked the charge. The sub cooling is elevated due to the unit being in direct sun. The unit is cooling normal at this time. Dan still has an airflow issue with the sunroom area. I took pictures of the ductwork and talk with Darin about it.
2 opinion on Bryant condensing gas furnace. I inspected the heat exchanger with the camera. I saw some rust spots but no cracks on the primary heat exchanger. Performed flue analysis, all in the range.
Performed Trane condensing gas furnace inspection/maintenance. Customer will replace the air filter. System works properly at this time.
Performed #2 Lennox condensing gas furnaces inspection/maintenance. Removed and cleaned flame sensors and burners. Tested the igniters and all electrical components. Performed the flue analysis. Replaced both humidifiers water panel. I can’t complete the basement humidifier test because the plumber during the water heater replacement has left the humidifier water line disconnected. I informed the customer. Both furnace and the humidifier in the garage work properly at this time. Customer paid with check #1931
Revisiting job that we installed yesterday. I replaced the circuit board on the furnace. Fired off the heat and charged the air conditioner. Walked over the job with the customer answered all questions. We will need to reach out to collect payment for job.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by Paul. He showed me to the equipment and thermostat. I turned the furnace on and checked operation. Ok. Pulled and cleaned the burners and flame sensor. Heat exchanger ok. Flushed the condensate trap and drain line. Checked all electrical connections. Checked amps on all motors. Checked gas pressures. Checked temperature rises. All functions on the furnace are normal at this time. I replaced the air filter with a customer supplied air filter.
Found an issue. Described it completely. Arranged to get replacement part to be installed before furnace will be needed. Grateful to have repair before winter sets in
