HVAC Tune-Up
System Cleaning & Inspection
- Precision Natural/LP
- Gas Furnace Tune-Up (1st Unit)
- Inspect Heat Exchanger
- Visual Heat Exchanger Inspection
- Clean and Inspect Burners
- Clean Burner Assembly
- Inspect Drain Lines
- Inspect Connector Pipes (check for rust, holes, proper slope, etc.)
- Vacuum blower compartment, burner vestibule, and wires
- Wipe out furnace cabinet
- Record Make/Model/Serial Data Plate Information
- Update Inspection Sticker
Safety & Performance Testing
- Check and record gas pressure
- Check and record hot surface igniter amps/ohms
- Check limit controls
- Temperature rise (compare to manufacturer specifications)
- Check all safety controls
- Test for carbon monoxide (CO)
- Check for gas leaks at furnace
- Check all low and line voltage connections
Efficiency Optimization
- Verify and adjust temperature rise for proper airflow
- Ensure burners are operating at peak performance
- Confirm electrical connections are tight for optimal efficiency
- Inspect drain and venting for proper flow
- Evaluate overall system performance for energy savings
Plumbing Tune-Up (Includes 1 Annual Plumbing Inspection)
- Tankless Water Heater: Full system flush and inspection
- Standard Tank Water Heater: Drain and flush, inspect elements, check anode rod, full system inspection
- Inspect sinks, faucets, tubs, and shower drains
- Inspect garbage disposal
- Inspect sump pump (if applicable)
- Test water pressure throughout the home
- Annual Water Pressure & Safety Check
- Includes up to 2 hvac pieces of equipment and 1 humidifier inspection (excludes filter and humidifier panel or canister)
