  • 1 Year of Plumbing Experience Recommended but not Required. We provide in-house and on-the-job training!

Responsibilities

  • Understand all plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in-home services.
  • Complete service calls and work orders daily.
  • Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
  • Educate our customers on plumbing services.
  • Accurately documents age and type of each system component on invoices, costs for services and services completed.
  • Follow all installations procedures for each client.
  • Document all times (dispatch, arrival, completion) accurately with FieldEdge.
  • Maintain clear and respectful communication with internal teams.
  • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
  • Properly complete required paperwork/digital paperwork.
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
  • Respecting the customer’s property.
  • Once on your own, assist in mentoring and training technicians.

  • EPA Certification (Type 1 & 2 minimum).

  • Conduct installation of new HVAC equipment, ductless heating and cooling systems, humidifiers, dehumidiifers, air purification systems.
  • Primarily retro-fit/replacement. We do very little new home construction HVAC.
  • Accurately documents age and type of each system component on invoices, costs for services and services completed.
  • Follow all service operation procedures for each client.
  • Document all times (dispatch, arrival, completion) accurately with FieldEdge.
  • Maintain clear and respectful communication with internal teams.
  • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
  • Properly complete required paperwork/digital paperwork.
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
  • Respecting the customer’s property.
  • Once you can go on your own, you will begin to assist in mentoring and training future technicians.
